UPDATE: Loudoun Water is upgrading our technology system to better serve our customers. Beginning at 4 p.m. on March 27th, LW Connect and the cashier desk will be closed for the system upgrade. Payments can be made via: one-time payments online through www.loudounwater.org, bank bill pay, or by calling 1-866-539-1988.
